The Ask: Pfizer RxPathways helps millions of people in need year get their medicine at little or no cost to them, but their site was confusing to navigate and many people didn't know about this free service.

The Solve: We created new site design that helped people get answers around their medicine faster and video showcasing those who have helped and been helped by Pfizer RxPathways.
